Our remuneration is based on a success-based model. The exact amount depends on the sector, qualification and scope of service required. Contact us for a non-binding offer – we will create a transparent cost model for you.
As a rule, we present suitable candidates within 4 to 8 weeks of the needs assessment. The total time until hiring depends on visa processing and recognition of qualifications.
We offer a replacement guarantee for a defined period after hiring. In the event of premature termination, we will find a suitable replacement at no additional cost.
Yes, completely. Visa and authority management is a core component of our service. We coordinate the accelerated skilled worker procedure (§81a AufenthG), recognition of qualifications and all further bureaucratic steps.
Absolutely. We organise job interviews – either as a video conference (Zoom/Teams) or in person in Meknès or at your premises. The decision is always yours.
